WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 () -- Industrial production rose 0.3 percent in December after having a climb of 1 percent in November, the Federal Reserve said Wednesday.Manufacturing output increased 0.8 percent in December with production rising 0.2 percent in the fourth quarter.
